1st Stanstead Abbotts and St. Margaret's Scout Group

A team of seven scouts from Stanstead Abbotts competed against 15 other teams in the District heavyweight competition at Youngsbury Estate on 19-20th September.

A highlight of the day was gutting and cooking fish wrapped in damp newspaper over a real wood fire - despite a few upturned noses during the preparation of the fish all of the scouts said the fish was delicious.
