The Woodland ‘Willowthorpe’ Beaver Carol Singers made their annual visit to the nursing home just before Christmas, where the choir of Beavers, Leaders and Young Leaders entertained residents and staff with a selection of Christmas Carols. Beaver Leader ‘Hare’ praised the Beavers and said that she thought this year’s visit had been especially enjoyed by everyone. The evening had also given the children an opportunity for a quiet chat with the residents over a drink and biscuit afterwards. Pictures of the evening can be seen in the Gallery. |
