1st Stanstead Abbotts and St. Margaret's Scout Group

Our two rafts did brilliantly in the raft race.  Four teams entered and it was very quickly a race for first and second between the Scout Group’s two teams.

The Young Leader team reached the halfway point first, but the Scout team caught them up on the return leg.  It was a close finish but the Scout team won the day!  

So we win the trophy for the second year running and the Trophy will be returned to HQ once again.

Congratulations to everyone in the teams and the crew of raft builders who lashed them together in the pouring rain the night before at ESSA.  A great team effort!
