20 scouts braved pouring rain and took to the lake at ESSA after building their rafts in order to invest our latest addition to the troop. Oliver could just about be made out from the shore whilst he made his promise in front of the troop - a few nervously stood up to salute him and then it all started to get a bit wobbly...
