In order that we can continue to improve on the high standards we are setting, it is vitally important that we receive the membership subs on time to plan the activities for the forthcoming term with confidence. Chasing for subs is impeding on our time, which we would rather spend on giving the children a great time!

With this in mind, we are taking the opportunity to move the due date for subs forward to the beginning of the term. Friday Sept 9th . All parents will be receiving a letter, shortly, confirming a place has been reserved for their child for the next term. In order to secure that place, the membership subs will need to be received by the due date. If we do not receive the subs by this date, we will assume your child will no longer be attending and their place will be offered to the next child on the waiting list.

We do appreciate that this is a difficult time for some families and as always, we are willing to discuss in strict confidence special financial arrangements for families who need assistance in this area. When you receive your letter, please contact us before the due date in order arrangements can be made to allow our existing children to continue having fun.
