1st Stanstead Abbotts and St. Margaret's Scout Group

The Jaguar Cub Pack trotted off on a trip to the Tower of London courtesy of a friendly Beefeater who gave them a fantastic day. They saw the Crown Jewels, Traitors Gate, went in the Bloody Tower, saw methods of torture, heard how Guy Fawkes met his maker and, of course, learnt all about being 'hung, drawn and quartered'.

They walked around the wall of the Tower visited the White Tower to see the suits of armour and test out a number of old style weapons. Great day was had by all.
