Gift Aid Declaration (41.61 kB)

All eligible parents are encouraged to sign and return a Gift Aid declaration. This allows the Scout Group to claim an extra 28% subscription fees back from Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs (i.e. the Tax Man).

Membership Information & Consent Form (33.79 kB)

The form for parents and carers of new members to provide the Scout Group basic information and consent relating to the child.
